Lille coach René Girard was duly impressed and offered words of praise to his 31-year-old charge.
"For us, this is a great victory (against Montpellier), it's nice to get the three points tonight. Vincent (Enyeama) took out a big game, he's a cat. He managed three and four important decisions when he was called to action, this is not simple,” Girard told the club’s official website, www.losc.fr.
Lille striker Nolan Roux also singled out Enyeama for special praise after the game at Montpellier.

Club captain, Rio Mavuba also joined the queue as the words of commendation continued to pour in from all sides.
“We must congratulate all the defensive work of the team, with special mention of Vincent (Enyeama) who was impressive tonight,” he said.
Enyeama has kept eight clean sheets in 10 league starts for Lille this term. He last conceded in Lille’s 0-2 loss to Nice on September 15.Lille sit in third place on the Ligue 1 standings with 20 points from 10 matches.
They trail only the big two, PSG and AS Monaco after 10 rounds of matches.
